KARTT’s ABM Diesel Heaters combine advanced brushless motor technology with a Sleep Easy quiet fuel pump, ensuring powerful warmth and whisper-quiet operation wherever your journey takes you. Available in 2kW for compact vans or 5kW for larger motorhomes, these heaters deliver unrivalled efficiency, reliability and comfort.
Designed with premium Japanese glow plugs, intelligent temperature management and an IP66-rated motherboard, the ABM range is built for long service life and all-weather performance.
We recommend a 5kW heater for vans over 17-20m3. When in doubt, choose a smaller heater and let it run on the higher setting, rather than always running the larger heater on a lower setting. The 2kW unit is capable of producing up to 86 m3 of hot air per hour at your set temperature

How fuel‑efficient are KARTT diesel heaters?
The heaters use intelligent temperature management that automatically adjusts output to maintain the set temperature and reduce fuel use. Fuel consumption ranges from roughly 0.10 L h⁻¹ at low power for the 2 kW model to 0.51 L h⁻¹ at full power for the 5 kW model.
Which model should I choose – 2 kW or 5 kW?
The Sleep Easy diesel heaters come in 2 kW and 5 kW versions. The 2 kW heater suits smaller vans or spaces under ~17 m³ and can push up to 86 m³ of hot air per hour. The 5 kW model is designed for larger vehicles (>17–20 m³) or very cold conditions and produces greater airflow for faster warm‑up. Running a large heater continually on a low setting can cause soot build‑up, so it’s often better to choose the smaller unit and run it at a higher setting.
